Calling and Building Up the Next Generation of Leaders For Asia
The Fondacio Asia members coming from different Asian countries gathered in Thailand from 6 to 12 May 2017 to attend the Cycle of Formation.

The goal of this formation is to form project leaders, community leaders, pastors and formators rooted in the spirituality of Fondacio, who are committed to a path of discipleship and mission. We have seen the great need to call young leaders – to build them up for the sustainability of our communities, missions and projects, for the renewal of the local church and society for the years to come.
The cycle of formation was divided into two parts:
- Leadership Building: This part is focused on leadership and management skills. We hope to upgrade our ways of working and the dynamics among us so it can promote effectiveness in our work, enhance communication and strengthen communion. We also revisited our shared vision and values to fortify the members’ ownership & accountability to the future of Fondacio Asia. Our facilitators were Yvonne Altorfer, Patrick Hereng, and Charles Bertille.
- Evangelization Day. We shared the faith journey to the youth leaders of the Church in Thailand to call and inspire them to be passionate for mission work. It is where we witnessed the Spirituality of Fondacio and shared our experience of conversion.
