From the 3rd to the 5th April 2017, we had our 3-year Strategic Planning Meeting.
On this occasion, Fondacio Myanmar Team gathered in a convivial moment to think and dream together about the future of Fondacio in Myanmar.
The “Dream” was our key word during these 3 days full of exchanges and reflections. Indeed, we realized that any company and association could not be effective nor move forward without dreams.
Thus, in a perspective of sustainable growth and continuous improvement, we brainstormed together about our individual and collective dreams for Fondacio. We shared our new ideas and projects that we hope will reach beyond the stage of dream to become reality.
For each of the projects currently deployed in Myanmar (YLDC, Green Pastures and CLUBs), starting from our dreams, we then thought about the best way to implement and monitor our plans.
We were very pleased to welcome in our YLDC Center, in Yangon, other Fondacio members for this crucial meeting: Maddy (our country coordinator from England), Adeline and Timothée (communication and finance support from IFFAsia in the Philippines) and Annie (Head of finance). Their presence was very beneficial for our team as they gave us some guidelines and tools & also helped us to develop strategies and business plans to carry out our projects.
During these 3-day meeting, we noticed that bit by bit, Fondacio Myanmar team members came up every day with new and more ambitious goals.
Our objective now is to make it happen as soon as possible.
We are ready to take on these worthwhile challenges!
