Our Program
Integral Leadership and Community Development (ILCD) Program
Our experience of this pandemic has taught us that the old ways are passing and we need to be equipped to embrace the new. In this current technological age and time, the online medium has become a necessary option to respond to our various needs in spite of the challenges it presents.
Since 2021, our IFFAsia program incorporate online classes. The program will have 3 parts (Part 1: Online Classes, Part 2: Face-to-face classes, and Part 3: Post-formation Internship) as shown in the diagram below.
Adopts a holistic approach in the process of leading and empowering young people to take on the challenge for a sustainable change and progress in the local communities.
Our IFFAsia graduates
I am amazed at how IFFAsia Alumni, coming from different countries in Asia, have become leaders and evangelizers in their own situations. I wholeheartedly recommend the IFFAsia Program to our youth. Therefore, I encourage our Church leaders to send young people to the program for their growth and development. By empowering our youth, we help build the future of the Church and Society.

Stories of our alumni
He initiated a formation and youth catechesis (YOUCAT) program in his parish. Seeing the good impact of the formation after 18 months, the Bishop recommended that he implement it in all the parishes in the Diocese.
